Due to the extensive relationships and entertainment industry expertise of the principals for Allied Horror, LLC, our company philosophy with regard to funding individual projects, our planned production fund, general corporate overhead or development expenses will be explored through a combination of one or all of the following parameters:

1. The Company will first utilize industry relationships to set-up each project or a slate of projects to secure our production fund. These sources will be contacting our Agents, Managers, Packaging Attorney's or Law Firms, Foreign Sales Agents or Producer's Representatives (for Pre-Sales, Gap and Bank Financing). With this first step, securing the financing or set-up of a project or projects usually come with the guaranteed distribution.

2. The Company will also explore International Co-Productions that include financing, tax subsidies and Letters of Credit from respective countries we might consider on certain projects.

3. The Company has several levels of planned investments for various productions from private "Accredited Investors," who qualify, and whom are accepted by the Company. These can range from participation in a specific project(s), funding a slate of projects for our production fund, funding the development of a project or projects, or providing funding for corporate overhead and expansion. The Company may issue such restricted securities using qualified NASD brokers offering participation in Limited Partnerships, Stock purchases, Loans (Notes - Warrants) to raise the necessary capital for production, operating-working capital or early-stage development funds.

If you have reviewed our website and are excited by the planned activities of the Company, feel free to request information about participating as an "Accredited Investor," or if you are an Investment group. The information you request will be Proprietary and Confidential with a Company requirement that you must first complete our general questionnaire.

The Company requires all investors to qualify as "Accredited Investors," or those who meet certain criteria according to S.E.C. and State's Securities laws, that allow certain exemptions to investors. The Company's investment vehicles are strictly based on the rules outlined under Regulation D, Rules 504, 505 or 506 and the exemptions thereof. All interested investors who feel they qualify may complete the general questionnaire. Upon our review and acceptance your request for further information will be forwarded as you shall first receive an Executive Summary from the Company, along with a Letter of Commitment. Once you complete the Letter of Commitment and the Company receives it, a business plan and Subscription Agreement will be forwarded to your attention. Interested "Accredited Investors" are asked to consult with their legal council or representatives before making any investment in the Company.

Investment in any Units or Shares that may be offered by our Company are solely to only "Accredited Investors," as such term is defined under Rules 504, 505, 506 in Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and certain other investors meeting the Company's investor suitability standards. The Company may refuse any subscription in whole or in part. Any investment offered by the Company will be speculative in nature, and may involve a high degree of risk. Any potential "Accredited Investor," or those who qualify and are accepted by the Company should not subscribe for or purchase a Unit(s) or Share(s) if you cannot afford the loss of your entire investment.
