Company Overview

ALLIED HORROR ENTERTAINMENT is an LLC formed by Jim O'Rear as the USA Parent and Corporate Headquarters to oversee its production entity, ALLIED HORROR PRODUCTIONS, INC. The company's foundation for start-up includes the set-up, development, finance, production and distribution of Horror, Sci-Fi, and Low Budget Thrillers and Dramatic films for Features, Movies and Television, DVD's, and Direct-to-Video, including our Television Division developing Series' (both Reality and Scripted).

The Film-Television division of the company is modeled after the popular 1970's Hammer Studios, in England, that produced and released a series of horror classics featuring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee and were directed by Terrence Fisher, with whom we would like to form an eventual Co-Production for selected projects. Basically, our production division operates as a "stock" horror movie entity as we create, develop, and produce a series of original horror classic films for today's audience, using the same principal core group of Horror actors, producers, writers, and directors. By using this formula of duplicating "stock" talent and crew within our company, we build a strong, consistent, and comfortable working relationship between all of the talent and production personnel involved, which is rare in Hollywood. This philosophy also captures new viewers / market shares and creates a strong following among the current horror community of fans, who would know that they could expect the highest quality product from each new Allied Horror release because the company built a reputation by utilizing these complimentary relationships.

Most of these films feature popular creatures that have already developed a motion picture / television track record, including vampires, werewolves, zombies, demons, etc., although through Co-Productions and expansion, may lead to more thriller, dramatic, or psychological based projects, such as "The Sixth Sense," "Psycho," "Ghost," etc.

Our Allied Horror Publishing / Merchandising division is able to generate a strong revenue stream of profit and new market shares as we create the Allied Horror global horror name recognition for all divisions within our company. Licensing of our merchandising products on a global basis (specifically related to our Films, Television programs, and Events) is based on a relationship with Hong Kong and USA contacts to reach the large retail outlets such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc., which are feasible to provide the necessary production-distribution-mass marketing.

The company has developed several Executive Summaries and Business Plans to securing funding. We also plan to develop a PRODUCTION FUND to provide for our company to produce a slate of projects as Co-Productions. Allied Horror is currently in negotiations with several "accredited investors," investment groups in the USA and Asia, and will continue to approach industry sources such as Agents-Managers, Major and Mini-Major Distributors, and Foreign Sales Agents, as well as Co-Production partners.
